Delivery Charges andShipping Policy
Store Green offers free standard shipping for all orders over PKR 2,000 within Pakistan. For orders below PKR 2,500, a shipping fee of PKR 250 applies. You can also choose premium shipping for faster delivery at an extra cost. We update our policies from time to time, so please check our website for the latest information. We only deliver to residential or commercial addresses that you provide when you order. We do not deliver to PO boxes. You need to sign for your order when you receive it. We will attempt to deliver your order twice at the address you provide.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using any of the following methods: COD, Bank Transfer, jazzcash, Naypay, Sadapay, and Credit and Debit Cards. We only accept payments in Pakistani Rupees.
Delivery Time
We process your order as soon as possible and ship it from our Faisalabad office. The delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. For orders placed in Faisalabad, you can expect to receive your order the next day. For orders placed in other cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, it may take 3 to 4 days for your order to reach you. Please note that these are only estimates and the actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier service and the distance to your destination. You can track your order status on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Security and Privacy
We protect your personal information and data with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. This means that your order details, name, address, credit card or bank details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by any third party.
Order Status
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can check your order status on our website using your order number. The order status may change as follows: Pending: This is the default status when we receive a new order in our system. Phone verified: This is the status when our representative calls you to confirm your order details and address. Once your order is confirmed, the seller will prepare your order for shipping and ship it. Order Shipped: This is the status when your order is shipped by the seller but not yet received by you. You will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order online. Order Complete: This is the status when you receive your order and sign for it. We hope you enjoy your purchase and give us your feedback. Order Cancelled: This is the status when your order is cancelled by you or us. You will receive an email notification with the reason for cancellation. We may cancel orders for any reason, such as out of stock items, fake information, incomplete details, or online payment slip not shared (in case of online payment mode).
Invoice
You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is shipped. You can also download your invoice from our website using your order number.
Size Guide
We have size charts for all products on our website to help you choose the right size. Our sizes are true to size, unless otherwise specified. The size charts are in inches and you can measure yourself using a tape measure.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep our inventory updated and restock our items as soon as possible. However, sometimes some items may be out of stock due to high demand or limited availability. We recommend you follow our social media accounts for updates on restocks. You can also contact our customer service team to inquire about the availability of any item.
Non-Store Green Products
If you accidentally or mistakenly send us a product that is not from Store Green, we are not responsible for it. We will try our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee anything. Please make sure you only return or exchange products that are from Store Green and have the original packaging and tags intact.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and not on sale or promotion. You can return or exchange your product by contacting our customer service team and following their instructions. You will need to pay for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging the product.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed. To cancel your order, please inform our customer service team via Call/WhatsApp/Email/Insta/FB before it is shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will have to return or exchange it. We may also cancel your order for any reason, such as out of stock items, fake information, incomplete details, or online payment slip not shared (in case of online payment mode).
